Giusti Balsamic Vinegar Review
We met the Giusti Family in New York years ago and immediately fell in love with their Balsamic Vinegars. They are the most ancient producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and have been doing so since 1605, aging their ingredients usually in oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper, ash and mulberry barrels â?"some of which date back even as far as the 1600â?TMs. This process gives the balsamic its velvety-well balanced-sweet & sour flavor and distinct aroma. This 12 year- aged â??Riccardo Giustiâ? bottle named after a 14th generation family member is beyond exceptional and offers a dense-sweet flavor; pairs extremely well with meats, fruits and cheeses, as well as in recipes.
